Care advice in accordance with \u00a77 SGB XI offers all those in need of care and their relatives a <\/span>legal claim<\/span><\/strong> on comprehensive and individual advice. This advice is intended to help <\/span>Care requirements <\/span><\/strong>and to make use of the appropriate long-term care insurance benefits. It is usually carried out by the care insurance funds or by qualified care advisors on their behalf.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\"\u2705\" Care level 1 to 5 has already been determined by the Medical Service (MDK) or other assessors.<\/span><\/p>

\"\u2705\" Care recipients or their <\/span>legal<\/span><\/strong> Representatives (such as relatives) can take advantage of the consultation.<\/span><\/p>

Care advice in accordance with \u00a737.3 SGB XI concerns <\/span>Care allowance recipients<\/span><\/strong>, who are cared for at home by relatives or other persons. In order to ensure the quality of home care, recipients of care allowance <\/span>obligated<\/span><\/strong>, to take advantage of counseling sessions at regular intervals. These consultations are intended to review the care situation, provide support and ensure that those in need of care receive the best possible care.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
